Deloitte: Road to Rio campaign

Our client’s 360-degree Olympics campaign included a hospitality suite they custom built for clients and guests in Rio. The area designed as an immersive brand space that would provide a sense of unity and home base during the trip; to help do so, we created unique infographics for the walls. Each of the infographics embodied their brand and told the story of their involvement with the Olympic Movement, creating a powerful, visual celebration for guests. For several of the infographics we commissioned artists to bring lively, truly unique art to the hospitality suite.

UI Labs: Annual Report

UI Labs is a public-private consortium that seeks to take on grand challenges by harnessing the collective power of government, academia, and the private sector. Although its stakeholders were aware of the organization, they needed people to understand how UI Labs functioned and its impact.

We developed a narrative that blended editorial and design to tell UI Labs’ story and communicate its distinctive mission, and adjusted the typical format so the story of its origins, structure, and role could be told visually. The piece was designed to communicate to 500 member organizations, the US federal government, prospective partners, and the general public.

Illinois Science and Technology Coalition: Science and technology roadmap

The Illinois Science & Technology Coalition (ISTC) is a member-driven, nonprofit organization that harnesses the power of research and innovation to grow the state’s economy.
We partnered with the ISTC to draft, edit, and design a first-of-its-kind roadmap that illuminated rigorous data analysis to identify Illinois’ technology strengths and charted a course to improve competitiveness.

Chicago Council on Global Affairs: What Americans think about America First

We worked with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs to bring their research and public opinion survey to life in this report. We worked with the data and author insights to establish the storyline and draft the report, working closely with the client and their insights to create a distinctive piece that added to the national conversation. We then worked through design and report layout. Data visualizations presented the data in clear, compelling ways, with easily identifiable patterns and analysis.

IAAF: Partnership marketing collateral

The International Association of Athletics Federations needed a deck to present partnership opportunities for their World Athletics Series. The client needed to create something that felt unique and stood out from typical presentation materials but was still easy to use and customize. We worked closely with them to develop the storyline and key messages for the presentation and provide customizable messages and data points for different audiences. The design was done to feel that there was movement from page to page, bringing the energy of athletics and the buzz of a stadium to life.

Deloitte: Meet Team Deloitte

We partnered with Deloitte to bring their USOC sponsorship campaign to life for the Olympic Winter Games 2018. To introduce Team Deloitte, we developed an online interactive concept that included biographies, video, sports facts, and social links. Our team built the interactive from initial copy drafts to programming and featured our own video from nine athlete shoots.

Heidrick & Struggles: Is diversity at an impasse?

Heidrick & Struggles conducts an annual study of board composition, experience, turnover, and diversity. Their analysis is used across industries to highlight trends in corporate leadership. In addition to the full report, they needed an executive briefing to share key messages.

Our editors reviewed the data and analysis to help establish the narrative, as our designers worked through the informational hierarchy. We created the full report layout, including exhibits and graphics, and then developed a dynamic, interactive executive summary to share report highlights in an engaging online format.
